New hoagie, Lancaster Ave (eggplant parm), is AMAZING. It's replaced my old faves the Church Street and South Street (add arugula). Any of the fritto are great, but I prefer the fried ravioli.

They changed the menu recently and unfortunately got rid of some of the best menu items. I won't be back as much now that the mozzarella and ravioli are gone.

My fav turkey hoagie. Flaky, fresh bread & fresh ingredients. The risotto balls are good too.

They finally added a good kids menu, after an incident where they insisted they could not make a cheese sandwich for me and I had to order a chicken cutlet sandwich hold the chicken cutlet.
Food is amazing, staff is amazing. Everything is just...amazing.
Go to Taylor and order the large Philadelphia Landfill. Sub arugula for lettuce. Pay attention to the music; you'll probably hear something you like. Take half your sandwich home for later.

Steve ScarlataDecember 2, 2011The sandwiches are good but they no longer use Sarcone's bread and are really nothing compared to what you'd get in Phillly. Somewhat disappointing unless you've never had the real thing.
So wishing they would place the pastrami on the regular menu- They've recently added a kids menu: ham, turkey, and salami sandwiches
- The Locust w/oil & vinegar is a winner everytime!

Disregard previous tip. They no longer get bread delivered from Philly.
Cherry Street, sub fresh Mozz for brie and add pesto...- Add turkey to the otherwise vegetarian Tasker st and you have the best turkey sandwich ever.

Place used to be hopping. Now it's dead. Could be due to poor customer service and music that drowns out the voice of the person calling your name.- If you're with May, tell him to give up. He can't win.
They deliver their bread straight from Philly every morning.
Try the new Cherry St...roast beef, arugula, brie. Excellent.
