JM ParveauxJanuary 23, 2016DON'T go!! The least welcoming gym I have been too: the owner/staff is extra rude (not even sure who I spoke to but if it was the owner it would be shocking!) and the men's locker room quite dirty.
Great protein shakes. Get a vanilla Lean Body shake with banana and peanut butter.
Check out the lone poster in corner of the weight area.
Basic get it done type gym in a basement. Nothin fancy. No complaints.
You get what you pay for. And here we must not pay enough to have anyone replace, repair, or even clean the equipment.
Nothing fancy here but the location is great and it's only about $400/year, which is cheap by gym standards.
