    Always take a back seat in the class. Rooms are too small to take a front seat. Trust me!

    Do not get the coffee anywhere in Uris. Tastes like mold. Seriously. In the deli and the specialized cafe. Both stink. Literally.

    Avoid Uris Deli at all costs. Go next door (and downstairs) to the Architecture School Cafe for an infinitely more palatable lunch.

    In the early 60s the University tore down University Hall to build Uris Hall. Architecture students picketed the construction with signs that said “No more ugly buildings at Columbia.”
