Relatively efficient and definitely cheap and convenient for trips to DC or Philly. Try to avoid rush hour times or you may have to skip a few full buses.

Since you don't need to make a reservation, be swift in getting a seat. The other passengers WILL push you to get on this cheap as hell bus!

As of January 27th, 2012, Philly round-trip tickets are now $24. DC round-trip tickets are now $40.

They are always at least 15-30 min late. Also always ask if the bus is for Philly or dc!

Bring as much luggage as u like & throw in your bicycle, no extra charge. $12 one way, $20 RT to Philly, every half hour.

Catch it at E. Broadway and Rutgers instead of Allen St. Better chance of getting a seat when they're busy. Hard lesson learned!

Ghetto ass china town bus & there is no customer service. People is mad rude. But it isn't too bad for the price. Cheaper then greyhound.

So ghetto and unorganized. People push and shove as you're hurdled on the bus like cattle. Never again will I take this bus service. Avoid at all costs.
