I take two Zumba classes a week. I really like it, The locker rooms is clean, the bathroom is clean. I worried about falling from all the water on the floor, where the showers are.
Chris boxing class is the best. I stopped boxing 10 years ago. He told me "make a comeback". Pushes us every session to get the best workout!
The place and the variety of machines are great. Early birds can work out more calmly just like late at night. Sunday morning is also empty.
Finally reopened after renovations and was well worth the wait! No longer smells like feet. All of the cardio machines each have their own tvs. It appears that parking is free now too!- Definitely the best of the 3 LA Fitness chains in LA. Great track. Great pool and jacuzzi. Now, let's see how we can get rid of the over-80 set...
Love this location! Layout is much better than the other Hollywood gym.
For the love of god... Please wipe down the gym equipment after you sweat all over it. Please! Gym etiquette. Learn it. Let's class this place up.

Best hours to go is after 8:30ish.. Morning to afternoon is full of weird old people.. After 5pm to 8pm, good luck.. It gets really busy.
Nice. People leave you alone here and don't look at you weird so much. Bonus, there's a running track.

Catherine OuelletteFebruary 20, 2017CAUTION: Their unclean hot tub can give you folliculitis. Me & a friend of mine went for a dip, after a day or two escalated these bumps all over both of our stomachs. Gross! I complained but nothing.

Less than half a year after renovation, the curtesy curtains in the shower are gone, soap was replaced with foam, and overall feel is getting nasty.

Don't forget your water. The machine only takes singles and the store opens at 11 on the weekends although the gym opens 5 hours earlier. This place still sucks they only changed the sign. T
Keep any items you take in close proximity. Some douchebag took my Henieken sweat towel. I know it's a badass sweat towel but really?? Stealing someone's dirty laundry.

There's a smoothie bar that sells fruits and select meals. Good if you need a quick bite.
These hours are madness. I hope they go out of business so a Planet Fitness can take over this space.
- This place is obviously losing money. Understaffed, garbage cans overflowing, towel dispensers running out of towels. Do your job people!
If your going to txt or use the phone and not exercise or stretch please get off the machine.......
Gym is closing for remodeling on November 5, 2012. It's set to reopen at the end of December.
This is my favorite Ballys and I been to culver city, Santa Monica, Inglewood and puente hills

Swim at your own risk ... LA fitness really needs to clean up the pool that Ballys left in disgusting disarray.
i imagined it go be terrible because of the reviews and rating, but its...alright?
Don't forget earplugs for the steam room and sauna. It's hard to relax with all the conversing.
You have to pay for parking now... FYI!
