- This is the dirtiest NYSC I've ever seen, and over the last few years, I've been a regular at quite a few. Otherwise it does the job. Just wish they'd clean it more.
- Here's a tip, bro. How about, after you're done with your totally killer reps, you take the dumbbells/bars/whatever you were using and re-rack them? You could even try putting them in the right place.

- E 76th is a great location. Comfortable & friendly staff - really like it.
- The StepMills on the 1st floor are always busy so stalk it out to get a chance. The women's locker room stinks... be careful with your belongings, always use a lock!

- Stop pouring water on the sauna's electric heating element! If you want to make it hotter, just splash some water on the sensor on the roof. That makes it hotter, and doesn't break it.

- this place is filthy and the equipment is in poor condition. towels are gross. but there's heavy stuff there for me to pick up and put down, so I guess that's good.
- Another tip, brah. The squat rack is not called "biceps curl rack" for a reason. So how 'bout you do your curls elsewhere and let people who need to do squats do their squats?
- Take total body on Friday with Rick and watch Taylor do bicep curls with no weights
