Lucky's makes some solidly built sandwiches, especially the Turkey & Cheesesandwich, featuring thick cut bread piled high with turkey, lettuce, coleslaw, and fresh-cut fries.
Amazing sandwich for the price! Get the capicola and cheese with a fried egg and don't skimp on the coleslaw or fries. And the mozzarella sticks are to DIE for.
The turkey and cheese are thinly sliced and flavorful, while a pile of acidic coleslaw helps cut through the fat. Though addition of french fries makes for a few good bites, it's better without them.
Went bc it was on ManVs.Food &in my hood- Been back 5x. Love Two Bagger, Fredo(myfav) and Cajun Chicken. The secret is how good their martinis are, a regular made me try. Oversized sammie & martini<3
Think the Primanti Bros. of Wrigleyville - enormous sammiches w/ the fries & slaw packed inside! Be sure to have a friend get there early on gamedays to secure a table!
Fries and coleslaw aren't side dishes at this bar. They're standard fillings stuffed inside every sandwich. You can order double meat anytime if you're seriously hungry. Read more
Not a fan of the coleslaw, too sweet in comparison to everything else- they put it on every sandwich. Minus that it was a good sandwich. Cheaper than Jimmy Johns as far as a meal goes. Two Bagger :)
Great place, Cajun chicken sandwich not great but the chicken wings are excellent. Told that some of the other sandwiches were great. 321 beer also good
This is a total knockoff of Primanti Bros in Pittsburgh...but the ingredients are better quality. Get the Pastrami with a fried egg, cajun fries and tomato.
On Man v Food: Chicago, Adam Richman went to Lucky's to take on their overstuffed sandwich challenge - finish 3 of their overstuffed sandwiches in an hour
