This place is a hidden gem. It's nothing special from the outside but it's one of the best Mexican spots in BK. Grab a breakfast burrito with chorizo (any time of day) and sit on their back patio.

A cozy aesthetic little restaurant. People are sweet and friendly and food is amazing: simple and fresh! Try the mini tacos with different fillings. :) One of the best Mexican spots in Brooklyn.

Quality, authentic Mexican food. Loved the chicken burrito with green sauce. Ask for a side of their orange salsa - tastes good and packs a punch!

The best are those waggishly called tropical spicy pork tacos — really a gussied-up version of al pastor with chile flakes and fresh-cut pineapple, finished with an agreeable tomatillo salsa.

Bodega burritos. Dig it. Don't be fooled by the looks of this place. One of my favorite mexican joints in town. They even give you a paper plate when you get takeout. That's class.

The back yard is awesome. I always get 2 carnitas tacos and a cecina taco and an horchata when I go here. It never disappoints.

Totally unassuming, but one of the best Mexican spots in Brooklyn. The tortas and cemitas are favorites. Great backyard as well.

For a great bang-for-the-buck breakfast sandwich, try the huevos con chorizo torta. A fluffy roll is generously stuffed with eggs, Mexican sausage, refried beans and jalapenos. Read more

The tostadas are a great size and delicious. Pair with a Mexican Coca-Cola (made with real cane sugar instead of corn syrup)

They've upgraded the interior recently - now there are seats to sit at while you eat. Back patio is still the best spot though.

Barbacoa de chivo plate is a stand out on a menu of delicious food. Mexican breakfast, tamales, al pastor, and mole burrito also shine.

The deli's breakfast tortas ($3.50 each, $4 after 11:00 a.m.) make for an particularly good meal on the go, offering a few options for mixing and matching.

The pastor torta and tamales are great. Get beer and Mexican Coke, and sit in the backyard. Super nice people work here too.

Don't order burritos here if you're in a hurry. They take forever. They will prepare any other order in front of them for some reason.
