This place always has a long line, so be prepared to wait awhile! They could open more windows but evidently they prefer to have employees sitting around or in charge of watching the line grow longer.
If you are using the automated postal kiosks this is an alright place to drop off your packages/mailings. Otherwise you might want to pack a light lunch or dinner if appropriate. The line is endless.
If you're not there at 5:59 p.m. they will close the doors in your face. No matter if you have a dolly full of mail. And this is why thy're going broke.
@quique: I think electronic bill pay, email, UPS, FedEx, and the inability to guarantee two day delivery have more to do with it than bad service to people w/o plans.
