The sell basic sandwiches, cheap. One of my fav is cinnamon bread filled with peanut butter with fresh strawberries. So good.

My favorite place to grab a quick bite. If I'm hungry, or thirsty, and am in a 2 mile radius, I'm coming here. Best fruit salad Anywhere in sf!

They have a nice selection of grab & go sandwiches. Even better, some are made with mustard in place of mayo.

I love this place. I used to live on Henry st many years ago and went to this place to get fresh fruit. Be sure to get fig bar from the jar. Yummy!

Be kind and bring small bills. Look for the home-roasted turkey and chicken sandwiches and come early for first dibs.

Really tasty juice blends and grab-and-go sandwiches, especially the PB&J — served on thick pieces of Semifreddi's cinnamon bread with real strawberry slices inside.

Best inexpensive sandwiches in the Castro! Try the ham & egg - 3 bucks and delicious. Just try to bring small bills, they frown on big bills.....

If you want a sandwich, great. If you want anything else, ten bucks says they won't have it. I've come away empty handed more often then not.
