The problem is the obnoxious customers in Beverly Hills both residents and tourists who are both loud and vulgar.

This location has the slowest employees ever!! You will wait a long time before you even get to order, then wait 10 more minutes for 1 coffee.
- Poorly maintained and somewhat dirty. Needs corporate attention.
