If it's your first time, I would bring a picture just to ensure your vision is understood. I personally love Renu. She is amazing and so soft spoken and nice. I never go to anyone else.

Trupty is my Endroconologist and I've absolutely adored her ! She does threading perfectly never missing a spot and she does a quick and awesome Brazilian!

I only went to this place for Jigna because she truly is the BEST in the business, and then she went on "vacation" (which is apparently what they tell customers when their employees leave).

Saima is the best one there! She's only at the 23rd street location on Saturdays though but if you can wait you won't be disappointed!

This place use to be amazing until Jigna left!! She has gone missing!! Management is EXTREMELY rude! The guy that stands in the front like a guard dog really needs a class in professionalism.

Have been coming here for 3 years, but the last 3 visits, they left me with no eyebrows. Think they are better at tidying up then shaping. Will not be coming back.

They treat their employees like second class citizens and are very horrible to them! I feel very bad for the women that feel that they need to stay there and endure that type of treatment!
