The restaurant is known for its wine list, and the rotating, curated flights are a good opportunity to sample some of the more usual selections from it. [Eater 38 Member]

The Domaine Billard Père et Fils, Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune 2009 (Pinot Noir) is the best I've ever had. I had three glasses, just to be sure. Pair with cheese and charcuterie and leave happy.

Great wine and food. The Duck Confit is the best thing on the menu. After that I'd say the Brioche and Sea Bream/Orata are tied for second. Change of pace? Pete is one of the best mixologists in DC

Who knew that pistachios and avocado was a match made in heaven? Get a little bit of everything and trust the waiter's suggestions. Good for groups of 4-6 as well as dates.

Cork matches its wine selection with an equally impressive cheese menu. It's fairly economical, as well, at three for $12, five for $18, and seven for $24.

Must: Avocado & pistachio toast. The small/large size of calamari are comparable. Travis (server w/the amazing arm artwork) gives the best recommendations!
