- Johnnie SkywalkingMay 9, 2015This lounge is in fact a restaurant. You get full list menu and you can order from starter, main and side. If you are not happy with in-flight food quality, best eat here before boarding.
- Renaud #March 2, 2017Arguably the best airport lounge in the US! Large choice of Champagne, and restaurant-quality dining menu. Get the 'salt & pepper squid with aioli, chili diping sauce'
- DeN dEnOctober 15, 2016Was here at 11am. The lounge is quiet. Full breakfast menu and taste normal. Its better than the Qantas Lounge in HKIA I believe!
- Peter HaasDecember 3, 2019Best lounge at LAX. A la carte menu options, first class Aussie plonk, refined atmosphere. If you are One World Emerald and flying internationally, you’re in!
- Jason NashMarch 20, 2019What’s not to like about Qantas airport lounges friendly staff, great design and good food.
- Tink TaylorApril 21, 2019Really wouldn’t call this a First Class lounge. Big, open, noisy. Yes there’s a nice restaurant, that feels like a canteen. Credit though to the staff who are lovely.
- Khalid AlkuwariMay 5, 2018You have to be a platinum card member to enter this lounge. I had a great steak
- John Amaechi OBEMarch 9, 2016While much larger than the AA first lounge it is the LOUDEST LOUNGE ON EARTH! Not a relaxing way to wait for a plane. Staff are lovely. Not enough power points. Not designed as a place to work.
- Eva LehmanDecember 11, 2018The Food is delicious - this is always my first stop at LAX, even when going on AA out of Terminal 4.
- Johan DzAugust 27, 2016Excellent Mezcal Margarita. Love it. Find Cristian at the dining area and tip him well.
- RexOctober 11, 2019Lounge itself is mediocre. The main show is the embedded full service restaurant. Go at 11 to eat breakfast, take a break, and start lunch at 12
- Maya FrommerJune 21, 2016No desks, only dining tables and lounge chairs. Who gets into the first class lounge without doing business when they travel??
- Andrew CoatesJuly 15, 2011Showers don't have toothbrush or razor by default but ask at the shower desk & they'll give you either or both.
- Chris GascoigneOctober 12, 2013Too small. Not enough power points. Terrible WiFi. French sparkling? Seriously?
