- Everything about this place is great. Best barbershop in the city. Been coming here for 6+ years and even made the trek here when I lived in Brooklyn. Finally a go-to barbershop in Manhattan!
- Igor gives a mean fade everytime. He may seem quiet at first, but he'll joke with you once you give the opening. He's personable and will always remember you after the first cut. Music is good too.
- I've gotten my hair cut by all three guys; all of them do great work - they memorize your face and style after your initial visit.
- Igor is your boy. Usually a wait of 2-3 people but he's the man. Costs $15 (tip for a total of $20 you cheap bastards) and remembers your cut every time.
- Dev PJanuary 5, 2011This place is small and unassuming but take notice of Igor! He's the best there is and stuck with him for 4 years now right through the neighborhood barber days
- Best mens cut in the East Village. Under $20. Walk-ins only. Simple.
- Robert StevensonAugust 27, 2014Igor has a sharp blade, makes for a comfortable shave and a responsible price point for a shave, my new shave haunt.
- the new Italian guy is really good. I use to go to igor but now I am sticking with him.
- Igor is the man. He's the best barber in town. For 14 bucks you get the best haircut and hot shave.
- Isak speaks little English but gives you what you want. Igor is good but a bit overzealous with the elec. clipper.
