- Flower CNovember 4, 2012Old hotel, sm rooms but clean, within walking distance of the sites and price is fair. Stanley and his alternate are knowledgable of places to visit and great restaurants plus they are super friendly!
- Shelley TurnerSeptember 7, 2013Stanley at the front desk was very friendly and he remembered my name the whole time I was there! Rooms were small and the walls thin, but the bed was comfy and location was great!
- Storm C.September 24, 2015Our room on the 8th floor was small but well decorated and clean, the bathroom was also very small but looked recently remodeled and lovely. Friendly, helpful staff. No complaints at all!
- Rexbabyandkids PenarandaSeptember 11, 2018located in a clean & safe neighborhood, short walk to pike/pine street for shopping. many places to eat in the immediate vicinity. only issue in the room was how near the toilet bowl was to the sink.
- Angeline BruneSeptember 16, 2012Rooms very cute and clean, lots of nice people going in and out ! Happy its attached to Seattles best coffee shop ! No complantes except the loud elevator but so worth it !
- Lisa GomezSeptember 3, 2013Clean and efficient. Staff was great. We couldn't get the a/c to cool, so a little hot in the room. Close to everything!
- Marc BasillaMarch 23, 2012Tiny room, clean and comfy bed. Stanley the concierge was very helpful and friendly. You get what you pay for but close to everything!!
- Fran CormackJuly 2, 2016Great location. Just a few blocks from Pike Place market. And a free wine hour at 5pm
- Katja M.March 4, 2016Location is best of the best. Breakfast and dinner places are just around the corner. Rooms are ok, walls are a bit thin.
- Andrew MiotkeAugust 29, 2011Not the most amazing place to stay in Seattle, however it's not bad for the cheap price you pay. It could be worse. My room was really clean and kept up. It's an old building and yes it's not a hyatt.
- Dirty BirdOctober 20, 2014Ok hotel. No air conditioner and definitely an older hotel. Small but clean but the elevators can take forever. They have complimentary wine hour if you're interested.
- Francis StorrFebruary 19, 2012The walls are paper thin, which we discovered after the people in the next room decided to have a party at 2am. Two nights running. It's also pretty grubby.
- Slowest elevator ever,H2O pressure in the shower is less than a drippy window AC unit, poor reservation organization skills,in room cooling barely cools.only upside-easy walk to everything in the city.
- Amanda WellsJuly 7, 2011Room is small, but clean. Comfy bed, thin walls - got what I paid for and I'm not disappointed. :-)
- Catarina LaiOctober 26, 2014perk: complimentary 🍷 wine hour for guest in the early evening #biztrip #travel
- Tiffany RuppSeptember 2, 2013Antique hotel. Bathroom could use some upgrades. Room is small but nice.
- Lance McNultyFebruary 19, 2012Bring earplugs. Walls are really thin. Other than than great place (location) for the price.
- ChrisAugust 24, 2012Plumbing is not the best. Be prepared to stand in at least 3 inches of water while showering.
- Laura ByrneApril 18, 2012Quaint little rooms the air was hard to figure out room stayedhot most of the time
- Christina HMay 27, 2013Dirty ( rocks and other debris between the sheets) , tiny ( a normal sized female has to shimmy around the bathroom door, which opens inwards, and close it to use the toilet), hot & overpriced
- Regardless of the negativity, cheap, dark and gritty. Bourgeois for grifty.
- It's not bad. Cheap clean staff is friendly. Wine reception not bad.
- Cesar JMarch 3, 2013Terrible..rooms are smaller than advertised. If making a reservation they tend to overbook. Go somewhere else!
- Mark BursonNovember 9, 2010Don't stay here. If you do book and hate the room and all its nastiness, checkout right away. No charge. Pretty sure it happens often.
