This place is like a frat house on the weekends but the building staff are fantastic and I like the location. Not great for families but if you're just out of school working in finance, it's perfect.

Spacious apartments but bw a hospital (sirens blaring) and a helicopter pad! You will quickly be over it

If you're home on a weekday, the helicopters will seriously hinder your ability to watch television. Ugh.
