this is a fun place. the seating makes it feel laptop friendly, though the blaring pop music might be distracting. Limited food menu (all fried stuff and desserts), but the tea selection is lovely.
I am very much hooked on their popcornchicken. Is it the best I've ever had? No. But it IS pretty darn tasty and the serving size is quite large. Overall satisfying and a good value.
