Protip: when you get off the train, take the stairs down. They're just beyond the escalators and there's never a line to use them.
Sometimes they announce there's an outgoing train approaching when really it is an inbound train. This is annoying when you are leisurely walking to the train and realize you just missed the inbound.
If you need to get cash, there's an ATM Chase machine by the entrance.

Get your morning coffee from Nime at the DunkinDonuts xpress outside the station. She is the best!
Want a cheaper alternative to Dunkin, go to Roach Coach. He's there every morning during the week

Take thr rivers bus to the casino and catch a cab if ur going north it will be 5 dollars cheaper

Want to be at SHC by 8am? Don't miss the 610 bus that leaves at 7:05.

If you need to use the bathroom, take the train one stop over to O'Hare. Turn left after exiting the turnstiles. Bathrooms are on the left side after the elevator banks.
The wind really whips through this station -- I am not looking foreword to the winter commute.

Rosemont station opened on February 27, 1983, as the terminus of an extension the former terminal at Jefferson Park; this station was designed by Murphy/Jahn. A year later, the terminal at O'Hare Airport was finished and the line was extended. The station was known as River Road until the 1990s.
