Lots of people begging for cash at the entrance. New remodel of the store has it looking pretty good! Self checkouts have been added and it feels more roomy.
You can meet some of the most interesting people at this cvs. If you just strike up conversation. Just listen and be present- The most poorly set up checkout system EVER. Self-checkout is always down, and the "line starts here" is so pointless - or is it the multiple checkstands that are pointless. Frustrating!
- The one on Wilshire usually has shorter lines, but has no alcohol section. This one is also 24 hours.

Over 30 mins on hold to the pharmacy. Hung up. Walked in. Dropped a prescription. Never saw them answer the phone line. Sat for 45 mins. Didn't call my name when ready. Terrible treatment of customers

Absolutely fucking useless pharmacy. Don't bother wasting your time trying to get anything filled right the first time.
Incompetent doesn't begin to describe this pharmacy.

The WORST pharmacy ever. Why do I keep coming back. Trisha is the meanest technician ever. Attitude problems. Someone needs to fire her
Worst pharmacy in the universe....either there is a 100 person line or their computers are down...they suck!
