Be there early to get a window seat if you go whale watching. You can rent binoculars for 5 dollars and keep them during the trip (trust me, it is worth it). No cash accepted.

Best way to get to Victoria from Seattle. The ferry ride isn't too bad. If you have motion sickness, make sure to take some Dramamine before the ride.

Take the motion sickness pills! The 25¢ cost is worth it. As a bonus they also help you sleep :)

Get there early if you want a seat by the window. They board by check-in number. The first 50 snapped up the best seats!

Some boats have stabilizers, some don't. Ask ahead of time. Buy seasick meds for $.25 and take them at the start - the last hour outside Victoria can be rough!

Take the clipper up during the holidays or make an early spring break. Sticky Wicket is fab for bangers and mash
