Love coming here, but they are a little pricey. However, they're worth every penny. I usually come here to buy some "Against the Grain" rolls. They're gluten-free, and they are delish!
Fave. Quality produce and sales on fruit on Fridays. Get some wild salmon burgers and ask the counter staff to "overwrap" them for you. Good bottled sauces at fish counter too (red miso, chimichurri).

It still my favorite grocery store in Manhattan. However, recently, it started to disappoint. Produce section often looks like pre-storm: empty shelves or rotten vegi. Rush hour lines are long too.
Worth making time just to see what is stock in the bulk grain section. They have a nut butter grinder; grains; beans; dried fruit and nuts. Amazing selection that is kept fresh.
Great selection of organic products and great selection of sugar derivatives for people with diabetes. I did a dinner and made desserts using Stevia. -Ed Cotton, Top Chef
The catering department the manger is rude. I needed a small fruit platter, you would think 24 hours would be enough notice. Apparently not. The store manager wasn't much help either.
