Serious EatsMay 14, 2013Thick cut applewood bacon is coated in a hearty beer batter, fried to a rich mahogany, finished with a generous cracking of black pepper, and accompanied by a side of addictive chipotle mayo.
Awesome beer, smell of bacon in the air. Chipotle and lime nuts behind the bar are tasty too. Curry fries should be a requirement when you walk through the door - yum.
Charlie FerreiraJune 26, 2011Great rotating draft beer selection. If you are up for it the Bacon Bomb Challenge is available. 5lbs of bacon and a basket of fries in under 45 minutes. I think I can do it. Maybe next time.
