- There are many people, there is not enough place. Some machines have been broken for more than a month and no one is going to fix them
- Conrad Greiner-BechertMay 12, 2017The big plus at this place is that you still get sunlight from outside. It's brighter than most basement gyms. Would be great if people remembered to re-rack weights more often.
- This club is so clean in the morning. I've been mayor for 3 years and never felt compelled to leave a comment about this gym. They must have hired some good people!
- Love this one, never too crowded, everything is well maintained, and cleaned. Friendly staff. Def one of the better NYSC gyms
- This is my favorite spot out of all the other ones in the city. Close to my home, clean, spacey,... Just wish they offered babysitting like some of the other ones.
- Akiko BombitaSeptember 13, 2014Pretty clean, staff is generally nice and great equipment. Steadily crowded. Sauna room in the locker room is much appreciated.
- Go on Saturday's for a one stop shop full body workout! 11:30am Hatha Yoga, 12:30pm Pilates (best instructor ever), and 1:30pm Abs!
- SK Energy ShotsApril 7, 2012SK Energy Tip: Make your form perfect with light weights gradually increasing the weight as you get stronger. Keep your stamina up through long sets by fueling yourself with a SK before your workout.
- Juan is a great trainer / tough & expert in making challenge yourself without yelling or scolding. Also a + he's bilingual. Se habla ejercisio!!
- Richard BautistaApril 24, 2014I love going to this gym. Although it does get very crowded. Love the second floor.
- This one of those place that you go because there is nothing else around. If they had competition (link by equinox) I'm sure not many would go here...
- If you're looking for awesome trainer see Juan / pushes you to try & post workout stretching assists are awesome
- The Corcoran GroupOctober 11, 2013Not the cleanest gym we've been to, and there often aren't enough towels to go around, but we've never had trouble getting a treadmill.
- I just moved gyms. Keeping in mind that I was spoiled by Reebok Sports Club, I went into NYSC apprehensively... I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised!!! Happy to be new member!!!
- The best yoga instructor in the city teaches here every Thursday at 8:30pm! She even tells us a "bedtime" story in Savasana! LOL
- Richard BautistaApril 24, 2014It gets too crowded, especially at night! I thought everyone leaves at night!
- Best gym in the area, pleasant staff and trainers that actually know how to train.
- Brian OconnellMarch 2, 2014Looks brand new and very clean, but on my first and thus far only visit, there was no hot water.
- This gym is extremely crowded and the men's locker room always has a very strong and unpleasant odor.
- Always out of supplies like towels, toilet paper, soap, and equipment wipes. Bring your hand sanitizer.
- Remember they close at 10PM on Friday! Got locked in once because I thought they close at 11PM on Friday. True story
- Jennifer SwayneJanuary 28, 2019Be careful providing your credit card information. They will bill you incorrectly, continue doing so when you've raised the issue, and not offer a refund to fix their mistakes.
- Crowded on the weekends, if you get a treadmill stay there
- Come on folks, how can I wipe down machines w/o paper towels?
- Unacceptable! No towels until 9:00pm...I'll be done by then!
- Super clean but it's always 800 degrees. Needs some serious AC.
- Music video selection is the worst & locker room is sketchy. But Jeffrey's vinyasa class ROCKS!
- Lots of big homophobes on the workout floor during peak hours at this gym
- Take a pilates class with Stefanie. It will change your life!
- Need a little more attention to cleaning details
- Always lots of equipment out of order. Often have no towels. Worst NYSC in town.
- Don't come to the gym if you can't handle the gay... :!D
