    Great location that carries a surplus of product so that you can pretty much always find what you're looking for. Don't skip the second floor!

    Extremely busy! I mean what would you expect from a Sephora store right at Times Square! Of course it's a huge store but I try not to come here for my peace of mind! Staff are very friendly tho!

    Large skincare/makeup oasis in the middle of crazy Times Square. This store has practically everything SEPHORA carries online.

    If only one of the many employees there would have stopped primping themselves and been able to maybe help this customer.... but they were very pretty. Especially the guys.

    Massive store and always busy. Huge fragrance section where the brow studio used to be. Staff seem a little exhausted here than at other stores.

    Stay away from the Sephora because staff are extremely rude. I asked for a red lipstick. She said there is none and just walked away. I got sthg with my points and they didnt even give me a bag.
