DawnLHAugust 28, 2014The cookie when checking in is decent. Do not be fooled, you have to call for pickup at the Hotel Service spot (red sign). Also, gym/pool/sauna hours are 7PM to 9PM only. The entrance is very nice.
If you don't want to eat a lot of cookies... You have to pay 15usd per night for parking. Even if you are hotel guest. Unbelievable.

- Wooo. No wired internet connection. Only wireless is available. AC system smells weired.

The second floor has a never-ending stench of cigarette smoke.
Jasmine TayJanuary 14, 2013There's no bellboy service. Just grab one of the trolley and bring it up to your room. Leave it overnight and bring it down when you check out. Close to LAX and service is very lax too (pun intended).
