Patrick SerfassDecember 27, 2012Great classes, great facilities but skip using lotion after your shower until they replace the stinky stuff with something that doesn't smell like b.o.
It is now an LA Fitness and has absorbed thousands of new members. Now 24/7 crowded and won't let you rent lockers anymore. Crooks!
All the tips left prior to Jan 2014 no longer apply as the gym changed ownership. All the trainers and class teachers no longer work here
So far I've taken two different evening spin classes, and haven't been impressed with either. Don't play slow music if you expect people to spin at 110 rooms!
Having done the morning and evening spin classes, I almost prefer the morning! It's 15 minutes longer and the instructors are excellent!
Quality of everything here has gone down since Results became LA Fitness. No personal touches anymore. Just corporate. But...does the job, I suppose.
The LA Fitness location care forgot. I leave sad and downtrodden. But I'm sure vampires LOVE it!?
This is the best gym in DC! Great instructors and awesome facilities.
Ok scary gym indeed. But that's what you pay for pro is it's Cheep and decent equipment con is not best staff and scary people work out here. Feels like a prison gym....... Enough said
This location was taken over by LA Fitness on 1/16/14. I hope it stays clean and kept up.
Downtown Results @ Farragut has the best classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings TAUGHT BY DON, who is AMAZING!- Kick n Spar, and Chisel.
Go in the mornings and never on the weekends if you actually want to workout

Horrid customer service and unsanitary conditions make you wonder why anyone would even consider this place.
Kristina is amazing. So is Mimi at 6:00 pm Mondays. I teach a great vinyasa flow yoga class at 7:30 pm on Mondays. All levels welcome!
For a budget, downtown, sweaty, no frills, missing weights, lack of programs gym, it's not so bad.

Sweating doesn't mean you worked hard. It means you walked into this overheated place.
