If you're doing the buffet, try and create several smaller portions so that you can go back multiple times for different flavor combinations.
Never use your real name on the paddle!! It's much more fun to make up names for you and your friends. Bonus points if they all go together like the crew from gilligans island or Seinfeld or something

My fiancé and I eat here semi-often and one thing we always mention is how we wished you could try different sauces before you load up your bowl with them. Still great food & value though.
