If you go in the early morning you have a better chance at not waiting for machines. Eye candy is not as great as in the evening but all good, get that workout in regardless!
I really enjoy working out here. I'll go around 12pm and it's usually pretty empty. Staff is always very nice.- Friendly staff, clean gym and convenient location.
- Have I mentioned the price? Extremely affordable, which is great, but also means long lines for popular machines at peak hours. Time you workouts well and you shouldn't have a problem!

In this case you're paying to stand in a line six-deep for a pull-up bar.. 4pm or 8pm its always overcrowded, loud, and despite the ads you'll find plenty of "lunks".- The only positive about this place are opening hours on weekdays = all day, all night. If you go to a gym that does Pizza Mondays, you obviously don't respect your body.

the best time to go is 8am - 4pm, no waiting for machines, the gym isn't humid and it doesn't smell like jock sweat
Be ChangeJanuary 30, 2015Toilets barely flush, paper towel dispenser doesn't work, shower knobs barely work, stall been out of toilet paper all week. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one on Dyckman.- Female-friendly gym - members are given warnings (or expelled) if their conduct is inappropriate. Can't beat that!
Clean, working machines, well-kept ... I like this place.
There's no shame in dropping to a lower weight. If you can't safely lower a weight without dropping it, you're doing it wrong.
Avoid going after 8pm - you'll be waiting in line for machines and treadmills longer than you actually work out.
Want every machine at your disposal? Be there first thing 11:59pm on Sundays.
