besides the fact that i get to enjoy the big gold emmy statue out my bedroom window & the red-carpet events there, it's closer to ralphs, 24hr fitness and the train (collectively) than other buildings
I love it here. Great area. Nice really secure and quiet.
It's pretty cool. The apartments have been renovated so its a nice bang for the buck
since there's no security the spa and pool are basically public
