Best Chinese food in SF!! Let Chef Fang order for you - it's insanely good. If you're a menu orderer though, I recommend the peking buns, onion cake, short ribs, pea shoot salad, & white fish- My favorite Chinese spot in SF! The must try's are the Nanking Sesame Chicken, Mongolian Beef Tower and the House Fried Rice. If you're in a large group, have the chef choose your meal.Upvoted Feb 8

The food is always great, and I’ve been here many times. But unfortunately there was a small live caterpillar crawling on our bok choy the last time we went.. so sad coz I really love this place

get the omakase. I do it every time and I have yet to be disappointed by what they bring out. they also take suggestions so give them your preferences!

Second visit, the chef recognized us. Said not to worry about ordering, he would take care of us. He sent out delicious buns, veggie dumplings, pumpkin soup and the most tender, flavorful beef dish <3

If you want a treat that isn't on the menu, ask your waiter for their apple & chicken plate. The apples are fried and salted, while the chicken has a light honey mustard to it. It's so delicious!

Eugene LevitskyApril 29, 2017Quite a few dishes seem to be deep fried. Peter ordered short ribs and fish with tofu for us, which were decent choice and priced on the high side. I may return to try the dumplings.
Get the salted pork belly with pumpkin over rice. Red pepper chili flakes gives it a slight kick. Deliciousness for under $10 during lunch time.
Delicious. Couldn't say what my favorite dishes are as I've never seen a menu. Don't be afraid and let the staff order for you. It's definitely some of the best Chinese food I've had in SF.
