Fantastic location on Dam Square. Be sure to get a room in the trendy new wing (if you don't need privacy from your companion while using the bathroom...all glass). Grand dining room is... grand!
It's in the heart of the city, closed to Dam square, Central Station, red light dist. and Madame Tussauds.Gorgeous rooms, excellent breakfast, pretty fast wifi.I would highly recommend this hotel
This hotel is one of the excellent hotels in Europe. Clean rooms, comfy beds, perfect breakfast and the most important is the amazing location in the middle of the Dam square
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. perfect location. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere. Good location enabling you to get where you want within a short walk.We enjoyed our stay very much.
Good hotel, at the Dom Square! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, coffee shops, groceries, malls & so many potatoes & churros! Not recommended for families with kids, the area is strange!
This is the third time for me visiting Amsterdam; this has been one of my options. I love the big rooms and the extraordinary views over the Dam square. The room service is very fast🫰🏻
Order the Hot Chocolate in the restaurant nearest the lobby. Wonderful! Rooms in the amsterdam wing are good, not 5 star though. Centrally located, many coffee shops and shopping close! And enjoy!
During the summer time the summer garden is open for internal and external guests! Enjoy a nice glas of heineken or a glas of wine! A garden in the middle of hisorical Amsterdam....... It is unique!
Enjoy the breakfast in the winter garden! The garden is more than 125 years old! For only 28,50 you can enjoy a 5 star breakfast in the centre of Amsterdam! External guests are also welcome!!
Here's a tip you will appreciate - when at the packed Dam square and needing a bathroom - go into this hotel and make a left in the hallway. Clean and available!
The cafe offers a large view of Dam Square for people-watching, and by 'eck you see a lot of shifty people. I almost choked on my glass of Champagne and tasteless cake!
Staying here wasn't a good experience .. The hotel is having some renovations so the main entrance is closed . We had to change the elevator in the 1st floor and walk long halls to get to the other
Stayed here a couple of years ago and it was very decent. After renovation (and change of ownership?), the last time I stayed it felt decidedly not like the 5 stars it advertised.
Very disappointing. The only positive is location. The room for 300 Euro per night has no even sky view. After 15:00 they didn't clean the room after request. It's not 5* hotel surely.
The other elevator was small that barely fitted 2 adults & 2 kids .. Starting from early mornings we couldn't sleep due to the noises from the renovations works..
