If one car is completely empty and the others are full, don’t get in it. It’s a trap. There’s always a reason!

This station sucks because there’s no good seating, my tip is don’t be early!!
The rush hour crowd thinks its funny to pretend your possessed and flail about :-)
Andrew MondtFebruary 23, 2013Usually it isn't as filthy as people say. It's fast and easy and much cheaper than a cab to he loop.
The man who runs the convenience store at this 'el station is slower than molasses. If you want a paper, have your change ready & drop it on the counter because he takes too long ringing up others.
Takes around 20-30 mins to get to the loop and a hour to get to harlem
Watch out with slow people when going down the escalator, they'll make you miss your train!
Lonnell WilliamsApril 11, 2011This is not a 24hour train line. Check the schedule if you are arriving late night. There is a bus to the 24 hour red line that runs late.
Don't fall asleep on this train they will leave you and let you ride back and forth downtown for hours like a bum
If you're traveling on the weekend, you're better off walking. SLOWEST.TRAIN.EVER.
Avoid getting on the carts with the h.s. Kids..so ignorant,rude,n loud at 6am! Or at least mke sure u hve headphones!
Tourists, stop putting your god damn bags on the seats! Your bags didn't pay for a seat, other riders did!

The station, along with the rest of the Orange Line, opened on October 31, 1993, after a long wait by Chicago's southwest side for 'L' access. It is also the closest station to Toyota Park home of the Chicago Fire Major League Soccer Team, which is approximately four miles away.
