If your heading towards midtown and you have a choice either take the J or the M take the M because if you thought transfering at Delancy to the F you already let 3 M trains pass!!

M-train does not run on the weekends to Manhattan. It stops and starts at myrtle/b-way.

If you're Manhattan-bound at the Myrtle stop and the M comes first, don't wait for the J unless it's about to turn the corner and enter the station. The J won't catch up to the M before Marcy Ave.
