we don't have peet's in NYC. so it was exotic for me. coffee was aight. not sure what more can be said... outside tables were occupied by vagrants not customers

This is a great outdoor cafe with sidewalk seating. And yes great people watching of all sorts. Tip your baristas, they earn it.
