On the many years it has been CVS they have had ebb and flow with customer service. Their head druggist was a asshole I got him transferred. They must pay low wages because staff is not helpful!

Had my prescription called in 24 hours in advance and still wasn't ready when I came to pick it up. Snails think these guys are slow.
Seriously the worst pharmacy ever. It's always a battle. Simple communication eludes them and efficiency is non-existent.
The pharmacy department are beyond rude. Watched them close the gate on someone's hand because they were closing and they refused to apologize
