Yes, the burger. But don't miss the sweet potato chili cheese fries. The potatoes are fried in beef tallow, then soused in a ground-beef and pork chili. Yowzer.

The perfect post-breakfast snack? Their cereal bar with chicharrones—basically a Rice Krispies treat crammed with fried pork skin.

Hands down, the best burger in San Francisco. 4505 is only at the Ferry Building on Thursdays and Saturdays. It's really worth the trek.
