Clearly under new management because a lot of wrong things are taking place. Do Not take your loved ones to this hospital. It's not what it used to be.
Yes they are rude and some nurses need some refresher courses their and the clerical staff need to take courses in bedside manners and how not to argue with sick patients over trivial stuff
How about realizing the ER is for REAL emergencies and not for your cramps, cough, or pregnancy test needs.. if you don't like the service its because Dying and truly sick Patients are getting it..!!
The nurses in the ER needs to be more sympathetic and respectful. Just because someone doesnt speak english doesnt mean u yell at them and embarrass them. What a disgrace!
