How about realizing the ER is for REAL emergencies and not for your cramps, cough, or pregnancy test needs.. if you don't like the service its because Dying and truly sick Patients are getting it..!!
A super busy E.R., but great care nonetheless. If I were having a heart attack, this is where I'd want to be.

The nurses in the ER needs to be more sympathetic and respectful. Just because someone doesnt speak english doesnt mean u yell at them and embarrass them. What a disgrace!- men restroom for labor triage patients is behind the gift shop
