- Stefanie SquierApril 29, 2014They had a room ready for me at 10am and also offered a late check-out. I had a delicious cheeseburger from room service and a yummy chocolate croissant from Starbucks. I would stay here again.
- Christina LunaJanuary 12, 2013Great location for a mobile work station and meetings near the LAX airport. Lobby has wi-fi, TVs, its own Starbucks and reasonably priced food and drinks in the lounge.
- Adrian ChenAugust 9, 2014Hotel room, view of the airplanes landing is nice too. The only gripe is the parking situation. No free parking anywhere and self park costs 12.95 /day . Valet is even more expensive at $33 /night.
- Chris SteeleMay 17, 20154 things made my most recent stay here worthwhile: a snazzy fitness center all to myself, a breakfast buffet almost worth the hotel price, 90s hip hop jazz covers on the PA, and Antonio, bless him.
- Mike SmithMarch 29, 2014This is a very nice hotel. Everyone is professional from check-in, concierge, housekeeping, everyone. I highly recommend this place when in LA.
- Good location near the airport and good and spacious rooms. If you want a bathtub in your room, make sure to emphasize at check in.
- Dwayne XavierMarch 27, 2016This is a newly remodeled hotel. Staff are A Plus. Ask for Diane Cheek or Coco Ruby. We were treated special. Jonathan and Ruby gave breakfast vouchers. AAA staff.
- Excellent service here. Something not to your liking? They'll promptly fix it. Very customer-oriented approach, complete opposite of their Starwood Hotel cousin--the Westin--also on Century.
- Emily WrightMarch 23, 2014Eat at the lobby bar for dinner instead of Paparazzi's. The food is great and it's at least 1/2 the price.
- Aokanni ^__^January 11, 2011Very closed to LAX airport. Free airport shuttle every 15-20 mins. Starbucks in the hotel (open from 5:30am - 6pm Mon-Sat / 5pm on Sun.) Subway Sandwiches is near by for a minute walk.
- The biggest problem with this hotel is the atrocious valet service. It can take twenty minutes to get your car in the morning. And there's no self parking option. Infuriating.
- J CrowleySeptember 14, 2012When you check in, ask for a room facing the airport. Seriously. You can't hear the planes but watching them land in the early am is pretty neat.
- Joel BlazquezSeptember 17, 2017The hotel is nice. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The service is definitely not in sync with the building. Non-attentive waiters and unprofessional staff
- Great hotel right by LAX. Quick access to El Segundo and Manhattan Beach.
- Peter KallmanOctober 29, 2013Leave your keys with the valet to make a quick Starbucks run for your friend on the redeye from NYC...
- Newly renovated rooms and a great Club lounge make this place
- Sheryl PieroniJune 5, 2013great bar and pool lounge. easy shuttle from airport. short walk to midway car rental.
- Go eat, drink, and be merry at the Paparazzi bar. Way cooler than the lobby bar and the bartenders are awesome! Ask for Horacio.
- Drew WhatmanMay 14, 2011There is trolley to Manhattan beach, shopping centre and plaza el segundo. It's five bucks round trip. Much cheaper than a cab. Ask the valet about it!
- James CitronDecember 19, 2011Cash and points is a great way to increase your stays for SPG platinum status. One of the better and more affordable Sheratons around.
- Luiz MiraMarch 4, 2013The bar service was nice though the restaurant is closed on Sundays. Had the best Chicken Quesadilla ever. :)
- Bring sandals for the pool deck. It's not comfortable for bare feet.
- The best and only place to use the restroom if you are Ubering avoid the Burger King at all cost.
- A nice quite place to contemplate the laws of physics.
- Laura MedinaJuly 3, 2014I don't think what you pay in the Italian restaurant worth it! Really small the plates and it's not a big deal, it could be one of the 10 best Italian restaurants but the food isn't taste like that.
- Carol ShockleyNovember 6, 2013The staff across the board here are great! Always exceptional customer service.
- Excellent staff here - everyone is so friendly - you just feel at home.
- Great hotel! This is the fourth time we are staying there. Very clean and modern rooms. :-) Read more
- If you aren't lazy, skip the shuttle and walk. The hotel is a quick 12 minute walk up W. Century Blvd. Safe neighborhood with airport cops all over it and its as long as the shuttle on a good day.
- Judy MusgroveJanuary 19, 2013Make sure you have your confirmation number with you! They misspelled my friends last name and we had a bit of time finding the reservation!
- Blanca BravoApril 26, 2014Do your research first! They do not have free conveniently located parking. It's behind the hotel, a pretty far walk & they had told me it was $17 a day. No in and out. Room wasn't ready on check in:(
- The room we stayed in was newly updated, but I wonder about the contractor. Shower door would not stay closed.
- NoraApril 30, 2018The room is fine, the view is nice and the breakfast was ok. However, there's no free parking, free wifi, not even free vanity kit!!! Probably my first&last visit.
- Josh AMarch 2, 2015Seems nice enough. Lots of airlines use this as a place to stop when they screw up!
- Sabrina EdgeNovember 16, 2013Love these rooms they are like tombs to sleep in you can't hear a thing great sleep awaits!!!
- The new club lounge is quite nice. Very sleek and lots of seating.
- They have plugs at the side of the bed awesome small item but important . Only weak area the Internet is soooooo slow
- Elsa HMay 15, 2013Less than satisfactory... Asked for slippers, said they'd give slippers, didn't give slippers. No safe or lock or anything. Also no body wash! Just a quick in and out hotel.
- FYI: We took a car from the hotel to Manhattan Beach (4 miles) & it cost $25 each way! Ow!
- Dan NolanNovember 3, 2014Seems like an okay place to stay when your plane gets loaded up with human waste and has to come back to LAX.
- Ozgur O.April 23, 2016Hate connection doors between rooms. Woke up with vacuum cleaning noice coming from next room :-\
- Laurent TounzeiSeptember 24, 2016Terrible front desk. If you reverse a king you'll have 2 queen and don't dare to change. Cannot print a invoice during check out. Very noisy, thin doors room. Worst hotel.
- TO ALL UBER DRIVERS bathrooms here are way better than Burger King or the crappy portable bathrooms in the lot but it's a secret so don't tell
