Stefanie SquierApril 29, 2014They had a room ready for me at 10am and also offered a late check-out. I had a delicious cheeseburger from room service and a yummy chocolate croissant from Starbucks. I would stay here again.
Christina LunaJanuary 12, 2013Great location for a mobile work station and meetings near the LAX airport. Lobby has wi-fi, TVs, its own Starbucks and reasonably priced food and drinks in the lounge.

Good location near the airport and good and spacious rooms. If you want a bathtub in your room, make sure to emphasize at check in.

Excellent service here. Something not to your liking? They'll promptly fix it. Very customer-oriented approach, complete opposite of their Starwood Hotel cousin--the Westin--also on Century.

Free airport shuttle every 15-20 mins. Starbucks in the hotel (open from 5:30am - 6pm Mon-Sat / 5pm on Sun.) Subway Sandwiches is near by for a minute walk.
The biggest problem with this hotel is the atrocious valet service. It can take twenty minutes to get your car in the morning. And there's no self parking option. Infuriating.

Go eat, drink, and be merry at the Paparazzi bar. Way cooler than the lobby bar and the bartenders are awesome! Ask for Horacio.

Bring sandals for the pool deck. It's not comfortable for bare feet.
- The best and only place to use the restroom if you are Ubering avoid the Burger King at all cost.
- A nice quite place to contemplate the laws of physics.
Laura MedinaJuly 3, 2014I don't think what you pay in the Italian restaurant worth it! Really small the plates and it's not a big deal, it could be one of the 10 best Italian restaurants but the food isn't taste like that.

If you aren't lazy, skip the shuttle and walk. The hotel is a quick 12 minute walk up W. Blanca BravoApril 26, 2014Do your research first! They do not have free conveniently located parking. It's behind the hotel, a pretty far walk & they had told me it was $17 a day. No in and out. Room wasn't ready on check in:(
The room we stayed in was newly updated, but I wonder about the contractor. Shower door would not stay closed.
NoraApril 30, 2018The room is fine, the view is nice and the breakfast was ok. However, there's no free parking, free wifi, not even free vanity kit!!! Probably my first&last visit.

They have plugs at the side of the bed awesome small item but important . Only weak area the Internet is soooooo slow
Elsa HMay 15, 2013Less than satisfactory... Asked for slippers, said they'd give slippers, didn't give slippers. No safe or lock or anything. Also no body wash! Just a quick in and out hotel.
FYI: We took a car from the hotel to Manhattan Beach (4 miles) & it cost $25 each way! Ow!

Laurent TounzeiSeptember 24, 2016Terrible front desk. If you reverse a king you'll have 2 queen and don't dare to change. Cannot print a invoice during check out. Very noisy, thin doors room. Worst hotel.- TO ALL UBER DRIVERS bathrooms here are way better than Burger King or the crappy portable bathrooms in the lot but it's a secret so don't tell
