Adam ChestertonJuly 2, 2013There's a free shuttle between O'hare and the hotel. Every 30 mins from 5am to 7am then every 15 mins.
Under renovation 1/20/14. Avoid til they are done. Restaurant and bar set up in a banquet room. Front desk in the middle if the walkway. But still charge full price for everything

GeneMarch 19, 2012This is an inferior Westin. Looks impressive on the outside, but inside the rooms are very run down, no Heavenly beds, no Concierge lounge, and awful service.
