Be prepared for the summer weekend rush- many Thursdays and Fridays, expect more minivans and less fun cars on the Emerald and Executive aisles! But during the winter months, you’ll find BMWs!Upvoted 1 week ago

If you ask them nicely they will take you to your airport hotel late at night if you want to drop off your rental for early morning flights (pre 7am).

When returning your car, budget AT LEAST 30 min to arrive at your terminal, regardless of Emerald Club status. Join the Emerald Club and get super quick & easy pick-ups and returns. And they always have a large selection of vehicles.
If you are dropping off a car and staying in an airport area hotel... Ask for them to take you straight to your hotel.

Shuttle bus delays continue. Leave plenty of time for ride back
Slowest and least number of shuttle buses. Be prepared to wait.

Of all the national rental places in the US this is the worst- Slowest service in LAX, they only have 2 busses total.
