Probably the best whole foods here in Houston especially with so many samples and great sushi bar. However parking is hell!
Go to the prepared foods section. Get a custom sandwich or wrap. My fav: spinach wrap w/ red pepper hummus, field roast, spinach, tomatoes, cucmbers, olives, carmelized onions, and roasted peppers.

Baby coconuts is the way to go, especially on a hot summer day. Grab 1 in the produce section, ask a WF team member 2 cut it 4 u. Great selection of raw food items in the chef prepared foods area. "Almost cheesecake" is amazing!
Try the vegan queso. No dairy! You won't believe your taste buds!
You have the get Wrights of Texas salsas. Vegan, raw, fresh (thus have to be refrigerated). Delicious!
