- Jacek SDecember 17, 2014Oxford street is a great place to stay.Food in the cumberland (breakfast) is vnice. The rooms 7th floor) are medium-minus sized. They are quite dated if you compare to other brand new hotels. Bar is :)
- Worst place to stay in. They "lose" your stuff, give you the bad room because you don't know there are better ones. I found make up stains in my blanket! I asked for an adapter and they don't have!
- Good hotel, good service, breakfast is fantastic. The location is great, if you need to have a perfect hotel in London, then this is the place to be.
- Deema_FahadFebruary 2, 2016One of the crowded hotels in London.. & the rooms level feel like walking in a maze .. Beautiful breakfast buffet..
- Cristal RibeiroSeptember 3, 2016Great hotel. Comfortable bed, fast wifi, amazing breakfast and Nespresso machines in your bedroom. What else could you ask for??
- An old hotel .. but they renewed it .. also you must to make tour reservation before a month at least to can get a good price.. but their location is an important thing to choose this hotel
- Maze of a hotel easy to get lost in. Rooms could use a little upgrade as pillows are far to soft. Excellent value for money breakfast that's worth paying the extra for
- Sam AlshairyFebruary 8, 2015Location location location that's it. Try to ask for a room facing the marbel arch and in the right side of the building 11th floor is the best view ever.
- Peter BlackDecember 18, 2015Nice, modern, comfortable hotel for a reasonable price. Good location. However, I wish it had a power outlet near the bed so I could charge my phone while I slept.
- I stay here for 4 nights and housekeeper always clean my room every day.. I left my diamond necklaces and tiny golden monk in my hand bag at my room.. I #lost it !!! I don’t know who stole my staffs?!
- Nice hotel with a great view of the Hyde Park, very rich breakfast, free Wi--Fi and nice service!
- Katie SuttonNovember 13, 2018Convenient location, but 1 pair of plug sockets in a double room, opposite side of the room from the bed, is pitiful! Thankfully I have a portable charger with me so I can still use my phone alarm…

- Without no doubt: great lobby, but there's a big contrast between athis lobby and the rooms above it. Nice restaurant though, awarded with a Michelin star.
- Steve AndroulakisAugust 11, 2014Fantastic central location. Rooms are expensive but spacious and comfortable (for the location).
- Free wi-fi but bad signal in the rooms .. Small modern rooms .. Perfect as 4 star hotel .. Great location .. Friendly stuff .. Go for it (y)
- Rommert CrépinJuly 2, 2015Big hotel, nice location but breakfast is expensive. There is a pret a manger next door, healthy and good food.

- Guillaume BardonJune 5, 2011a bit overpriced to my taste, funky lobby and nice design. Location is perfect but you would figure internet would be free for this kind of hotel...All and all a good place

- Gordon THOMPSONJune 13, 2016It's so very very impersonal and kak that they don't even have hookers pestering guests - if you want to feel like a failure this is your place
- RunawayMarch 27, 2014pros: location, location and location, spacious lobby, friendly staff, free wifi . cons: small rooms.
- Connect your phone to the wifi to get signal on your phone, otherwise you won't get a signal once you leave the lobby and go up!
- Gozdem UgurNovember 12, 2015It's a bit worn out. Nice location though! Do not get airport transfer from the concierge. Its 2x internet price!
- Saud AlghizziJuly 7, 2016Rooms are small, as most hotel rooms in London (especially those in the Ampersand).
