Jacek SDecember 17, 2014Oxford street is a great place to stay.Food in the cumberland (breakfast) is vnice.The rooms 7th floor) are medium-minus sized. They are quite dated if you compare to other brand new hotels. Bar is :)
Worst place to stay in. They "lose" your stuff, give you the bad room because you don't know there are better ones. I found make up stains in my blanket! I asked for an adapter and they don't have!
Good hotel, good service, breakfast is fantastic. The location is great, if you need to have a perfect hotel in London, then this is the place to be.

An old hotel .. but they renewed it .. also you must to make tour reservation before a month at least to can get a good price.. but their location is an important thing to choose this hotel
Maze of a hotel easy to get lost in. Rooms could use a little upgrade as pillows are far to soft. Excellent value for money breakfast that's worth paying the extra for

Peter BlackDecember 18, 2015Nice, modern, comfortable hotel for a reasonable price. Good location. However, I wish it had a power outlet near the bed so I could charge my phone while I slept.
I stay here for 4 nights and housekeeper always clean my room every day.. I left my diamond necklaces and tiny golden monk in my hand bag at my room.. I #lost it !!! I don’t know who stole my staffs?!
Nice hotel with a great view of the Hyde Park, very rich breakfast, free Wi--Fi and nice service!

Without no doubt: great lobby, but there's a big contrast between athis lobby and the rooms above it. Nice restaurant though, awarded with a Michelin star.

Free wi-fi but bad signal in the rooms .. Small modern rooms .. Perfect as 4 star hotel .. Great location .. Friendly stuff .. Go for it (y)

They have new section to watch football matches live #brasserie- it is nice to become gold member, you will get free upgrade each time you stay
Make sure you get the new refurbished rooms! Or aim for the apartment it's great & spacious

Connect your phone to the wifi to get signal on your phone, otherwise you won't get a signal once you leave the lobby and go up!

best place , nice possession in beginning of oxford st, allots of arab people
