It was excellent! Amazing music, VERY good staff. WiFi was fine for me actually . Don't know why people are complaining, I recommend you stay here :3 Try their awesome restaurant !
Stylish at an ok price (for business travel). My room was small, with nice touches like free bottled water to show they care. Big win for the location, steps from Victoria and Northern line tube
The guy at the reception was really great, got a smoking room.. He gave me a new room, supported me with my stuff to the new room to make sure everything was ok!! I like it!!!
Fabulous central London location, delicious buffet breakfast but TINY, TINY rooms and bathrooms. At GBP 110 and up per night for a single room, no complaints, however.
This hotel is strategically located if you intend to stay in London and explore the West End. Rooms small but clean (except the carpet) with everything in it. Excellent value for money.
Service this time around has been great! Got a room upon my (very) early arrival (Mon holiday) and actually got a queen size bed right off the bat (transfered to 3 rooms before getting one last time).
Mini fridges in rooms are great, especially for longer stays. Hallways are noisy at times, but it is a hotel. Lobby & bar redone, just in time for the Olympics.
My Single room is very small. Never seen that in a 4 stars. Because the price is not small. The hotel is very noisy. Wifi is good and the breakfast is excellent. But I don't recommand this hotel.
Service is excellent. Rooms are small and some of them are noisy. Food is very good, tried both continental and english breakfasts. Wifi is free but a little but slow.
Rooms to the front or side are noisiest. Sadly little sound proofing on the windows. Expect to be woken early as the rubbish collecting wagons do their thing!
Decent for business travel. Location is very good, close to transport links. Rooms are not bad though the shower water pressure on the 4th floor was pretty poor.
Some rooms are small (I'm in a single room right now an it's tiny) but I've stayed here a lot and most rooms are really nice. Good size and always clean.
Small cramped rooms. No sound privacy. Can hear quiet conversations in hallways. Would not recommend at all. (EDIT - Ask for a room upgrade. It made all of the difference. Very pleasant now.)
This place is falling apart, every time I stay here I have to move rooms because something has broken. If you're paying, there are better places to stay.
