Stylish at an ok price (for business travel). My room was small, with nice touches like free bottled water to show they care. Big win for the location, steps from Victoria and Northern line tube

The guy at the reception was really great, got a smoking room.. He gave me a new room, supported me with my stuff to the new room to make sure everything was ok!! I like it!!!

Fabulous central London location, delicious buffet breakfast but TINY, TINY rooms and bathrooms. At GBP 110 and up per night for a single room, no complaints, however.

This hotel is strategically located if you intend to stay in London and explore the West End. Rooms small but clean (except the carpet) with everything in it. Excellent value for money.

Rooms were fine (I think we got a complementaty upgrade) and even those facing the street are amazingly silent. Good wifi, actually excellent.

Make sure you reserve a double room/king-size bed - the rooms are bigger. Free WiFi was fast. Everything else was great, from service to the location.

Service this time around has been great! Got a room upon my (very) early arrival (Mon holiday) and actually got a queen size bed right off the bat (transfered to 3 rooms before getting one last time).

Mini fridges in rooms are great, especially for longer stays. Hallways are noisy at times, but it is a hotel. Lobby & bar redone, just in time for the Olympics.

My Single room is very small. Never seen that in a 4 stars. Because the price is not small. The hotel is very noisy. Wifi is good and the breakfast is excellent. But I don't recommand this hotel.

Ridiculously noisy air conditioning in my room on the 4th floor. Small room but clean and tidy. Decent hair dryer!

Service is excellent. Rooms are small and some of them are noisy. Food is very good, tried both continental and english breakfasts. Wifi is free but a little but slow.

Rooms to the front or side are noisiest. Sadly little sound proofing on the windows. Expect to be woken early as the rubbish collecting wagons do their thing!

Decent for business travel. Location is very good, close to transport links. Rooms are not bad though the shower water pressure on the 4th floor was pretty poor.

Some rooms are small (I'm in a single room right now an it's tiny) but I've stayed here a lot and most rooms are really nice. Good size and always clean.

Small cramped rooms. No sound privacy. Can hear quiet conversations in hallways. Would not recommend at all. (EDIT - Ask for a room upgrade.  It made all of the difference.  Very pleasant now.)

Bathrooms are tiny on the single rooms. And I hate it when the hairdryer is not in the vicinity of a mirror. Good location and okay breakfast though.

This place is falling apart, every time I stay here I have to move rooms because something has broken. If you're paying, there are better places to stay.

Flashy, modern lobby leads to tiny, noisy and not so flashy rooms upstairs. I think this is the way the devil sells hell. Pretty in front but...
