- Remi LefevreOctober 9, 2013One's quintessential British pub: quaint, welcoming, with a good selection of ales, and a haven of peace right off hectic Knightsbridge, at the end of a mews. Plus, it's haunted!Upvoted Feb 16
- Chris WalshSeptember 9, 2013What a burger, the grenadier! what's not to like when 3 animals went into making your lunch, bacon, egg and lastly a tasty beef slab on a bun with onion rings and a side of chips. Great little boozer
- Michele ZanonNovember 19, 2016Wonderful small and cosy pub just 5 minutes from Hyde Park Corner, with a nice atmosphere (love the fireplace) and a good selection of ales!
- Joanie FergusonApril 3, 2013Hard to get to but worth it. The pub is cute on the outside and in but you must make reservations to eat there. The crowd here is mostly locals so it's more authentic than some pubs.
- Miles ThurstonJune 27, 2022Well this is a little gem, off the beaten track, yet right in the middle of it all. You need to checkout it’s “haunting story”‽ Don’t just drink here the food is good too. #tinypub
- KellyFebruary 23, 2014Very limited seating so you might want to call ahead to reserve a seat. If you arrive at the right time you may be seated anyway with a small party (i.e. 2 or 3 people). Nice Sunday roast.
- R BNovember 15, 2016Very hidden little great place. Arriving here I thought... "GDamnIt... it is closed". Very quiet from outside. Luckily I pushed the door and it was open. Great beer and meals. And what a hidden place!
- Simply the best and the most fascinating pub in Belgravia. Grenadier burger is highly advised
- Katya RyabovaOctober 14, 2015It's awesome because it's hard to find and feels almost hidden. Book a table in advance if you want to have dinner.
- Natalia QuinteroMarch 19, 2016If you're visiting London, it's sort of a requirement to visit a pub, and The Grenadier is our long time favorite.
- ASK Gwen CashMarch 9, 2013This place was built in 1720 for the First Royal Regiment Foot Guards to serve as the guardsman public house. The food and beers are excellent.
- New York HabitatMarch 22, 2012This cute little pub is a little hard to find, but the search is worth it! Treat yourself to one of the excellent beers to accompany the British food.
- James Pimentel-PintoSeptember 5, 2012Proper cheese and pickle sandwiches - a rarity in decent pubs these days since wankerfication of our pubs back in the '90s. Branston pickle too - no food service vagaries.
- Greg BrunoNovember 7, 2022the sticky toffee pudding is one of the best desserts i’ve had. have to try it !
- Thiago MedeirosDecember 16, 2018One of the best pubs. Great history, good food, an adequate selection of beers and awesome puddings.
- Nick BrackenburyDecember 13, 2018Incredible cosy little pub hidden away from all the tourist bustle of Hyde Park. One to keep a secret!
- Dan CalladineMay 27, 2010Great little pub with good food. Print out a map before you go, because it can be hard to find. Also, if you want to eat, ring up first to book a table.
- Dasha KrapivskayaJanuary 5, 2014Perfect location, great food and atmosphere. Don't visit it, this cosy place should stay quiet and unknown!:)
- Martin TiedemannMay 21, 201213 September: Spend an evening with a ghostly grenadier. Each September supposedly sees a peak in hauntings here, reputedly one of London's most haunted pubs, once used as an officers' mess.
- Richard PalmerFebruary 25, 2019Hidden gem tucked away where the tourists aren’t. Good beers, friendly staff
- KatiaApril 22, 2013Very nice and cosy little pub. My favourite pub in London, good beer selection too.
- Hannah WattAugust 20, 2013Brilliant old pub tucked away in Mayfair Mews serving the most honest pub food such a gem
- Chris CoghlanJuly 3, 2011Listed as a gastro pub and priced as such. However, good selection of four ales on the handpumps, including rotational guests.
- Ross McGillOctober 9, 2011Very hard to find & bit of a secret. You can access via Mews from main Kensington High Street.
- Tom BlakemoreJuly 3, 2011The Wherry is very nice here so definitely worth a pint, but quite expensive unfortunately...
- Clancy ChildsJanuary 17, 2010One of the most haunted pubs in England! The local ghost is named Cedric and is most active in September. Look it up on Google.
- Alexander HolleyOctober 13, 2014Without doubt the worst service I have experienced in any pub in London. Abysmal. The manager has been 'doing this for five years'. This doesn't make him good. Tip: Don't look like you're having fun.
- Alex MetzFebruary 23, 2014Doom Bar bitter (ale); London Glory (ale); Russell Luck of the Irish (red ale)
