    For whites: if you don't mind spending the money, get the La Bourgeoise Henri Bourgeois Sancerre. For reds we like the Medieveo Seleccion Especiale Rioja. Yum!

    Excellent gastropub. Charming landlord. Sunday Roast should be famous. Prawn Cocktail and Barnsley Chop are favourites any other day.

    Sunday roast was fab but service was awful. Waited 30 mins for our drinks and no one took our food order for 45 mins (+ no apology)! Is it always this bad?
