- ℳ𝒶𝓎♍January 19, 2016Make sure to go for the 4D experience before/after and get your pic taken. Marked footsteps on the floor are where a picture will be snapped at the end. Not everyone notices it. Smile for the camera😉
- ℳ𝒶𝓎♍January 19, 2016A half hour slow turning ride that gives you amazing panoramic view of the London cityscape. Each pod holds up to 25person with ipads installed in each pod for further info on what you're seeing
- Olga TsybulskaAugust 13, 2014Definitely worth its price! Picturesque view, long enough circle. Highly recommend this sight. You can ask for some specials in the ticket office. For students it's 18 pounds, when original price is 21.
- Ala M.October 11, 2017Tick them s off your list when you go to London. The queue is long especially in the afternoon, so get the fast track pass if you don't like waiting. Get a pass for other attractions, better deal.
- MLe BApril 18, 2018Don’t worry about getting a good seat, get a good spot to stand and don’t forget to pose for the photo at the end of the trip!Upvoted 4 days ago
- NickSeptember 13, 2014The view is breathtaking! Tickets are a bit expensive though. If you are scared of heights, trust me it is so slow and smooth you won't even feel the movement. It's a must!
- Shamsa AbdulrahmanFebruary 20, 2015Fast track or prebook ur tickets. Great experience, doesn't take long. Best at dusk. You can't come to London & not ride the London eye
- A long wait in the queue but worth it. Great views of London & the Thames river. Beautiful during the day or night time.
- Bee WilliamsMarch 21, 2016Great views of London! If there's a long line you can pay extra for a fast ticket! Also when you're getting on it doesn't stop moving so be prepared to board while it moves slowly
- Raghad AlsaidalaniAugust 9, 2018It is a must visit place when you are in london but if you want to go in the actual ride ether buy a ticket online or buy the london pass otherwise you would wait for an extremely long queue.
- XxlSeptember 25, 2013Great place to take ur family, and ur friends show them the amazing views from great heights straight across the River Thames and above the Houses of Parliament 😃👍had an amazing time 😃 thanks
- Greg FullerOctober 27, 2018Great way to see the city, we went at sunset so saw the city lights plus a sunset. We spent extra for the fast pass and it was worth it, only had about a 15 min wait instead of over an hour.
- An awesome experience if you get to go on it. One of the highlight attractions in London. The view of the city and Westminster from here are breathtaking.
- Augustus CollectionFebruary 23, 2014See everything London has to offer in one fell swoop, with a beautiful view from which to enjoy it. The London Eye defines good London attractions and is a must for all tourists. Read more
- Marco ErminiOctober 27, 2018If you want to collect the photo they make on the cab, take note of the number of the cab you are in (it is written on the front door). That will facilitate collection of the photo.
- Nicole MillsOctober 25, 2023Buy a fast track ticket if you can afford too otherwise the queue is very long. The ride gives a great opportunity to see lots of popular London attractions.
- Michelin Travel & LifestyleDecember 31, 2013You can see the fireworks all along the Thames, but Jubilee Gardens and the London Eye are the centerpiece. – Green Guide Editor
- J KoflerAugust 28, 2018If you can, buy your ticket online, then you can also choose the sunset time at no extra cost! And you don't have to queue for hours. Spectacular ride. 20 people, but enough space to move around.
- Christian LarssonNovember 16, 2014Have a combo ticket to ride up and down the Thames first. It gives a lot of useful info about London so by the time you ride the eye, you got a better idea of what you're seeing. Great view up there
- London ChecklistAugust 18, 2015The Coca-Cola London Eye is centrally located in the heart of the capital, gracefully rotating over the River Thames opposite the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.
- Dimitris KotsiosDecember 12, 2014Buy 4 museums ticket online! It's worth it .MADAM TUSSAUDS + LONDON EYE + LONDON DUNGEON + SEA LIFE AQUARIUM !Buying online you don't have to wait in the queue!30 Min. seeing all London was so cool!
- MadaFebruary 13, 2023This is a very busy area, but it is well signed and easy to navigate. The ride itself is fantastic and offers wonderful views of London - especially if you are a picture taker.
- Amir UncoversMay 26, 2016A must-go place once you are in London, and remember to watch a 4D show with your ticket just after the big round.
- Benjamin 🚀September 13, 2014Brilliant, smashing, worth every penny! If the lines are long opt for the Fast Track and zoom straight on! 🇬🇧🎡
- Janet CheungSeptember 1, 2014It's a long line to get on and essentially a Ferris wheel. Sit at the park where u go in and people watch instead and take pics of it. Very few super clear days of London to see skyline anyways
- Chris January 26, 2015Book your ticket online, pick a clear-sky day and visit early in the afternoon to avoid the long queue. You'll love the view as the sun sets behind the Houses of Parliament!
- Will BelfordSeptember 18, 2013The best view of my life! Loved it! Truly amazing! That's something you won't find in any other city! Visit i around midday. Also, go for the 4D experience, provided free with your ticket. Magical!
- letty and owen gMarch 8, 2018It was snowing so we thought the London Eye would give us a unique view. It was unique and very costly.
- EdwulfApril 25, 2016Take a 30-40 min travel to get good views of the city. It is not the highest point (that is the observatory in the shard) but views towards parliament give it the upperhand.
- Vladimir PavlichenkoJanuary 25, 2014Very big line in the weekends. For the best photos and view better go in the morning or in the evening on sunset. Afternoon no reason to visit course the sun under Big Ben and it's impossible to catch
- Mario Blueprint PicassoMarch 16, 2015Really awesome to say the least. I left New York yesterday morning and now up here. This country show so much love you can feel it. I'm very grateful to be able to see this moment.
- HostelgeeksMay 25, 2017WONDERFUL Experience!
https://hostelgeeks.com/fun-things-to-do-london/ We even included it in our fun things to do in london :) - GarethJanuary 26, 2016Fast Track line looks a lot slower than it actually is. Worth the extra money. Note: Fast Track/Flexi tickets can't be collected using the self-service kiosks if you purchased with American Express.
- KarenJanuary 6, 2018You cannot come to London and not get on the London Eye. Price is a bit steep, but it's a great opportunity to see London in a 360-degree view.
- Julie LMay 11, 2015Worth every penny. The champagne is good, not have to wait in line is even better. And the Pommery bar is a great way to spend yoyr time before the tour
- Fluying ✅May 29, 2019Built in 2000 to celebrate the millennium, the London Eye—originally nicknamed “the London Eyesore”. It’s London’s best viewpoint (with up to 65 km visibility on a rare clear day).
- Julia KateJanuary 4, 2016Lovely view, ability to take your own pics of London. Downside- if you're a couple with a big crew by chance you'll skip a nice London eye pic by the ride itself.
- Andrew CherkashinNovember 7, 2014The best bird's eye views of London! Book the tickets online in advance and try to choose a sunny day for your visit.
- Stephanie OrmeMay 31, 2016A must-do. If you can, time it around the sundown, so you get daytime views going up and nighttime views coming down!
- Talal IsmeDecember 30, 2018Thrilling experience. However, Fast Track is recommended due to the long queue in normal track. You'll also get 4D experience!
- Michael NataleJune 29, 2016Few views of London compare to those of the London Eye experience. Nice 30 minute ride with panoramic views of the city
- Sylvia G.R.October 20, 2014Buy the fast track flexible ticket! Great if u r not sure of the hour or date of your visit - good for 1 day or week
- IrinaAugust 14, 2014London Eye nighttime views are quite stunning as well. Don't get deterred from going if you can't make it during daylight hours. Fog and heavy rain are your only foe when it comes to views.
- MEININGER HotelsApril 7, 2014Since its opening in 2000, the Ferris wheel “London Eye” has become a main attraction of the city. From the highest point (135 m), you can nearly get a 40 km view – stunning!
- DoubleTree by HiltonJuly 2, 2013Check out the Oxo Tower, former meat products factory. To avoid a prohibition on Thames-side advertising, owners had the tower's windows framed in a way that spelt out the name of its leading brand.
- George XOctober 1, 2016Considered as one of the most iconic landmarks in London. Metallic circular structure with 120m diameter and glass capsules full of people! Tickets too expensive & huge queues.
- Naoki FerrioNovember 7, 2017Pay by cash inside the box office museum, pay by card only accross the box office museum. 26 pounds per person (adult). Get the package with other attractions for cheaper ticket.
