Great market in East London - wide variety of terrific food, quaint knick knacks & various souvenir worthy items. Only open on Saturdays and it gets packed so don't be afraid to come in bad weather

Lovely food market that has cosy, friendly and local vibe with multiple and excellent food options. Have a haggis toastie, Hamish Macbeth from Deeny's and banh mi if you can handle the heat.

So many food stalls makes it hard to decide what to eat! I went for the buttermilk fried chicken burger which I would definitely recommend. A friend went for the truffle risotto which was also delish!

Gluten free & Vegan bakery stall at the Park end is my favourite stall in London. Grab a vegan beetroot dark chocolate cake and a coffee from Climpson & Son's shop or cart and soak up the vibes.

One of my favorite neighborhood Saturday markets. Look for the nice Japanese lady that makes delicious desserts (pear frangipane tart and lemon tart) and the banhn mi stand.

My favourite London market. Haggis toasties at deeneys and don't forget to check out the school yard for more stalls. Go hungry!

With the accent on second-hand gems (from forgotten vinyl to antiques), along with artisan breads, fruit, curries and cake stalls. Again, the shops along the sides add intrigue. Read more

Market opens on a Saturday, come for a wander by the canal, beer at the Dove and a vietnamese coffee on the street. Head to Netil Market close by for a Bau as a bite to eat.

Part II: grab a vietnamese pork baguette or the quinoa vegan burger with red onion relish and hummous. Next, grab some German rye bread and browse around for french cheese and seafood.

Two favourite food stalls on the Saturday market: the mushroom risotto stall near the London Fields end, and the Ghanaian stall around the same end but on the other side (the Cat & Mutton side).

Other than one or two stalls on market Saturday, it's a no go area if you've got food allergies. Bloody lovely for meat, dairy and gluten lovers though :)
