- My favourite place for theatre in London! Always fantastic and more adventurous than your average west end theatre..never been disappointed yet!
- The Telegraph says it the best when summing up the Young Vic "The best theatre in London" and it really is! With a lovely bar and restaurant selling amazing food to the jaw dropping shows.
- Jess LVMarch 1, 2015Fantastic burgers, great ambiance, original cocktails. Always had a good time there. Would recommend for families or friends meet ups.Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- Kate GomesJuly 13, 2015Everything I have ever been to here has been tremendous - well acted, a little alternative and thought provoking. A pretty good bar too, but always so busy and loud!
- Alvaro RodriguezAugust 17, 2014Really good venue. The stage is in the middle so you always have good visibility.
- Lovely space, brilliant theatre, bar can be. Bit busy. But you won’t be disappointed! Great evening out.
- Emily-janeDecember 21, 2016I love this theatre - wonderful new productions - great vibe - the bar is great too!
- FlaveApril 27, 2019Progressive feeling theatre space, a great foyer to meet people for a drink. Mixed gender toilets.
- Brad TubbSeptember 28, 2014Bar gets very busy very quickly during the interval, so cross the road to Sainsbury's to buy drinks if price or queuing are an issue for you
- Sara Feldmann BrummerNovember 19, 2012Amazing theatre but also an amazing bar upstairs, with great food - pre book your table though!
- Michael HadwinOctober 19, 2018Nice bar. Go upstairs to avoid queues and take the air on the balcony.
- Rob FisherDecember 15, 2014Sit out on the balcony on a warm evening. Or a cold evening, for that matter. But there are no heaters.
- Olya KuznetsovaDecember 11, 2015Absolutely loved Macbeth! The cafe's picked before the play, so make sure to book a table!
- LisasShareMarch 5, 2012The Old Vic's leaner, quirker younger sister. Beats out all of the big West End places for set design, production and unique programming.
- The mushroom burger with bitter orange marmalade is divine. Try it with the celeriac and apple slaw.
- Definitely one of the best theatres in London, see a great show and have a great time in the bar too!
- Michael StewartDecember 16, 2014It's this the best theatre in Europe? Inspired programme and Britain's only truly global theatre...
- Flavorpill LDNSeptember 5, 2011ALWAYS worth queueing up for returns. Also, the upstairs bar is excellent!
- A theatre that very much dares to be different, even if it does not always work out.
- Courteous staff nice smoked salmon salad better then averAge
