Ricardo Sanchez-SaezDecember 16, 2014Classic local cinema. Cosy and interesting building. Screen and sound quality is not amazing, but worth it for supporting local business. They play one main movie every week, and some single sessions.
£6 screenings on Monday will definitely drive you in the ancient Kingsland Empire cinema – now one of the last independent cinemas in town.

Love the Rio, great cinema with a lineup that never fails to offer something for everyone. Look out for the late night specials.

Book tickets online so that you can just pop into your reserved seat 15 minutes after the nominal showtime and miss most of the adverts!

Chris StackFebruary 20, 2011I could accept an old-school cinema with bad sound & bad projection if it was cheap. But 9 quid!? And the projector broke so we had to leave before the film had started.
